Choose and review the period
Select the period relevant to the concern you want to discuss. Review dates, locations, intensity and optional notes. Correct mistakes using Edit; do not fill missing days with guessed values.
Mention changes that matter to you: an activity you stopped, disturbed sleep, or a symptom that returned. Describe what happened before and after something you tried without presenting a suspected connection as a confirmed cause.
Write the questions you want to ask
You might ask what additional information would help, which changes should prompt earlier contact, or how to keep records between appointments. Note current medicines, doses and times accurately when you choose to include them.
If the appointment is in another language, change the summary headings and review the result. Your free-text descriptions stay in their original language. Ask your clinician or an interpreter to clarify meanings rather than assuming the app translated them.
Share deliberately
Preview the summary before opening the phone’s share sheet. The native app shares a text summary; it does not currently create a native PDF report. CSV and JSON exports serve different purposes and may include more data than a short summary.
Select the recipient and channel yourself. Once shared, a copy is managed by the recipient or receiving app. Deleting your Muqi Pain Journal account does not retrieve previously shared files. Bring your own questions as well as the record.
