A RECORD THAT BELONGS TO YOU

Why we are building Muqi Pain Journal

Access to care is not always immediate. We are building a practical way to keep your experience from becoming a collection of half-remembered details.

From waiting to a clearer conversation

Our purpose is to help people record their pain, look back at changes and share specific observations when medical help becomes available. The app does not replace the professionals who assess those observations.

Core local recording does not require an account. We support seven languages and preserve personal wording. A useful record should fit the person using it, including people who are not familiar with medical terminology.

Support

For product questions, contact us through the support form. Our privacy policy and terms of use are available on the policy pages.

These guides are product documentation, not clinician-reviewed medical advice. We do not claim medical certification or guaranteed health outcomes. Reference anatomy and self-reported numbers have limits; those limits remain visible in the product.

Current release status
